Six weekly classes on "The Art of Marriage" will be offered by the Jewish Learning Institute and taught by Rabbi Yossi Shemtov of Chabad House-Lubavitch.

Judaism views a loving marriage as a spiritual as well as a human ideal, and the course seeks to teach ways to make marriage a masterpiece with lessons from modern and ancient Jewish texts.

Classes will be taught on Tuesdays starting May 8 in two sessions, one in the board room of the Jewish Community Center, 6564 W. Sylvania Ave., Sylvania, from 8:45 to 10:45 a.m., and the other at Chabad House, 4020 Nantucket Dr., from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
