Chabad at the Shore’s Jewish Learning Institute (JLI) new Torah Studies course – classes that explore Judaism’s relevance in modern life – begins this week with “Mirror on the Wall: Why What You See in Others is a Reflection of Yourself,” on Friday, Oct. 19, 12:15 to 1:30 p.m.

Two people witness the same event, one finds flaw, while the other sees opportunity. Why do people see things differently? What do our interpretations reveal about who we are? And how can paying more attention to them help us become better people?

All 12 classes, originally scheduled to take place at the Linwood Library, from 12:15 to 1:30 p.m.,will be held at the Egg Harbor Township Library, 1 Swift Ave., Egg Harbor Township.
