In a quest for wisdom and spiritual guidance, the Rohr Jewish Learning Institute (JLI) is launching a captivating six-week course titled “Advice for Life,” taught by Rabbi Mendy Lipskier at the Chabad Edelman Jewish Center in Fountain Hills.

This immersive journey invites participants to explore the written communications of the revered Lubavitcher Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson, of blessed memory.

Set to commence Monday, Feb. 5, from 7 to 8:30 p.m., the course promises a multimedia voyage through the Rebbe’s insights on daily life. An option to join by Zoom is also available.

Through letters, spoken discourse and personal audiences, the Rebbe interacted with hundreds of thousands of individuals of all walks of life, both from within and outside the Jewish community, on matters of work, family, health and well-being.

The Rebbe’s spiritual leadership is the force behind the modern Chabad movement and his wisdom continues to inspire and guide countless individuals on their journeys of faith and personal growth, a press release read.

“Discover for yourself how the Rebbe applied Torah values to serve as a guide for finding deeper meaning in everyday life,” the release said.

The six-week course will explore the following key areas: money and career, family and home, physical health and well-being, emotional health, challenge and adversity and spiritual growth.

The Rebbe’s practical wisdom and invaluable insights will guide participants toward mindful growth, meaningful experiences and wholesome living in each of these topics, the release added.
