For Mental Health and Medical Practitioners

 

ACCREDITATION STATEMENT

This activity has been planned and implemented through a joint sponsorship of The Rohr Jewish Learning Institute (“JLI”) and the Washington School of Psychiatry (“The School”). The Washington School of Psychiatry is approved by the American Psychological Association (APA) to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. Participants may earn up to fifteen (15) CE credits from the APA: nine (9) credits for participation in the live course, and up to (six) 6 additional credits for self-study of the Additional Readings.

The Washington School of Psychiatry is a National Board for Certified Counselors-Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP #6388, and may offer NBCC-approved clock hours for events that meet NBCC requirements. The School solely is responsible for all aspects of the program. Participants may earn nine (9) credits for participation in this course.

The School is accredited by MedChi, The Maryland State Medical Society, to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The School designates each session for 1.5 AMA PRA Category I Credit(s)™ and an additional six (6) credits for the self-study of the Additional Readings for a total of up to fifteen (15) credits. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

The School is approved by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as provider of continuing education to Social Workers, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists and Certified Counselors in California. Participants may earn up to fifteen (15) CE credits: nine (9) credits for participation in the live course and up to (six) 6 additional credits for self-study of the Additional Readings.

The School is approved by the Social Work Board of the State of Maryland as a provider of continuing education for social workers. Participants may earn up to fifteen (15) CE credits: nine (9) credits for participation in the live course and up to (six) 6 additional credits for self-study of the Additional Readings.
