Temple launches Torah Studies course

Woodcliff Lake – Valley Chabad's Jewish Learning Institute (JLI) will launch the second season of its Torah Studies course in early January.

Classes will be held at the Chabad House, 100 Overlook Dr., Woodcliff Lake NJ, beginning Jan. 11 from 7:45-8:45 p.m., and continue for twelve consecutive Wednesday evenings.

Like all JLI's courses, this latest adult education offering is designed for people at all levels of Jewish knowledge. Some of the topics to be addressed are the Jewish perspective on gratitude, Anti-Semitism, recovery, parenting, and Jewish leadership. Some classes will also focus on the upcoming seasonal holidays. There is no fee for this course which includes a free textbook. Sponsorship levels are available at $54 and $100.
